Returns Policy

1. Brushstrokes Paint Café wants you, our valued customer, to be completely

satisfied with your online purchase.

2. We try our best to ensure we have available stock at all times, however, due to

circumstances out of our control, we may experience slight delays in the

manufacture of some products from time to time.

3. We will gladly accept returns for replacement or exchange, for any of the

following reasons.

DAMAGED GOODS - REPLACEMENT

• Should you have received your purchase damaged please contact us within 24 hours from when your purchase was delivered.
• Should your purchase be for a future gift please open the package to ensure there is no damage.
• Should the packaging be damaged and/or the product broken when you open your purchase, we request you take a photo of the broken product still in the packaging. This allows for Brushstrokes Paint Café to log a claim.
• For the above returns please email us at info@brushstrokes.co.za and we will log a reference number. Should stock not be available we will notify you now.
• We aim to replace your purchase within 7 days.

EXCHANGE

• Should you not be happy with your choice we will gladly exchange your
• purchase for you.
• All courier costs for exchanges, shall be for the account of the
• purchaser.
• Please contact us at info@brushstrokes.co.za for us to log a reference
• number.
